What you need to know.

How does PASSTOMIC Pass work at my club?

PASSTOMIC Pass holders access sessions included in the pass, within the courts and time slots you authorise. Your club’s revenue comes from products, services and extra court time that players choose to purchase. You charge them directly, with no commission for PASSTOMIC.

Do I have to offer my busiest hours?

You choose the availability. The proposal focuses on off-peak hours: up to 3 slots per day, each at least 2 hours long. PASSTOMIC only offers authorised courts and hours, respecting confirmed bookings.

Is €15.72 per hour a minimum spend?

No. It is an example of combined spending by all 4 players, not a guaranteed amount or a payment from PASSTOMIC to the club. It can come from balls, grips, drinks and extra court time. You can change this figure in the calculator to suit your club.

When would we start welcoming players?

We are currently recruiting clubs. Launch is planned in the coming months, with the date to be confirmed. Before starting, we will coordinate the arrangements and activation of your authorised slots with you.
